This website features The British Country Music Festival. We showcase artists, bands, and songwriters from the British country music and Americana genres. The 2025 festival line-up and the country music festival programme are accessible on the website. The British Country Music Festival is a co-production between metropolitan festival producers Fit The Bill and Blackpool Entertainment Company, the indoor festival’s venue operators, Winter Gardens, Blackpool.

We are the only festival dedicated to putting UK Country & Americana Music artists on an equal footing with International guests.

The Festival focuses on country music artists from the United Kingdom of Great Britain and Northern Ireland, plus country music artists from the Republic of Ireland. We invite one or two grassroots artists from the broader world of country music, including America, Canada, Australia and Europe each year.

UK Country Music Festival 2025

The festival and website will showcase the current stars of contemporary British country music and UK Americana-influenced acts, providing an unrivalled performance platform for emerging British country music acts.

There are four indoor performance stages.

Singer-songwriters, bands and musicians can apply to play at the festival through the website.

The British Country Music Festival will welcome traders.

The festival hosts No Chords But The Truth and The British Country Music Festival podcasts.

We aim to be the best resource for country music festivals in the UK in 2024. The festival is all about music discovery. Introducing new, upcoming artists and new music to our fans is as important as it gives homegrown UK country & Americana artists their first headlining spot.

Country Music Directory

The website also builds a directory of UK-based country music. The guide will include country music artists, country music media in the UK, and UK country music gigs. We will also answer the question, “What is country music?” with particular emphasis on the UK country music scene.

Country Music Styles

We programme music from a broad range of country music styles, including traditional country music, contemporary country music, country rock, and country blues. We also consider Western swing, Americana music, country pop, bluegrass, gospel, country soul, folk, acoustic, and roots music. We embrace and promote the talent of the UK’s original singer-songwriters.
